Tim Hood – Biography
My name is Tim Hood, and I’ve been serving clients in the financial services industry since 2011. With a father who’s been in the business for over 45 years, I was fortunate to grow up around this work and develop a deep appreciation for helping others navigate their financial futures.
Over the years, I built and led a successful office, hiring and training 25–30 agents. While that experience was incredibly rewarding, I realized my true passion lies in working one-on-one with clients. That’s why I chose to step away from management and return to what I love most—helping individuals and families create financial strategies that are tailored to their needs.
I specialize in investments, as well as life insurance, cancer, and accident plans. My approach is fully independent, always focused on finding the right solutions for you, not for any particular company.
On a personal note, I’m a proud husband to my best friend, Linsey Hood, and a father of six amazing kids. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same care and dedication to the relationships I build with my clients.
My process is simple and built around your convenience. I love meeting in person when possible, but I also offer Zoom calls for those with busy schedules. However we meet, my focus remains the same—you.
